Vitamix is well known for its collection of high-powered blenders. Their blenders are not only made to perform but also to be a reliable piece of kitchen equipment that will last for many years. Vitamix has several designs and sizes for you to choose from based on your individual blending needs.

If you need something small like an immersion blender for gravies, dips, and sauces, they have it. If you need something a bit bigger, like for your morning smoothie or decadent milkshake, they have it. If you need something for a large family or, if you’re like me, you need it for those seasonal fruit or veggie preserving projects, they have that too! No matter what size or design you may need, all of the Vitamix products are easy to clean and maintain.

The Propel 750 has a 64-ounce Low-Profile Container which is perfect for making multiple servings at once. You can use it to blend smoothies, soups, frozen desserts, and more. It has several preset options including a self-cleaning program. The Vitamix Propel 750 is available in Black, Red, White, and Slate.

Everyone in our family of four loves to spend time in the kitchen so our Vitamix is used regularly. Our two teenage daughters use our Vitamix for everything from hot and chunky soup blends to cold, creamy, and smooth desserts thanks to the different preprogrammed speed settings. The pulse setting is great when it comes to keeping your ingredients a bit on the larger and chunkier size, like when you are making salsa or guacamole. 

Last month, I used my Propel 750 blender to make and preserve a bunch of applesauce. I like to make my applesauce using the apples with the peel still on. After cooking all of my apples down, I spoon the mixture into my blender so I can puree everything. The Propel 750 has no problem taking the chunky mixture and blending it until it is silky smooth. In very little time, I was able to fill 25 quarts, 23 pints, and 16 half pints with some wholesome homemade applesauce. This is just one example of the many different ways I put my Vitamix blender to work. Suffice it to say, my annual job of preserving as many fruits and vegetables as possible is made much easier thanks to Vitamix.

Thank goodness no matter how our Vitamix is used, it is so easy to clean and maintain. The container and lid can be tossed into the dishwasher and the self-cleaning option is another much appreciated feature. If only my kitchen had a self-cleaning button! 

Vitamix blenders make great gifts. I think this would be especially true with a home chef, newlyweds, and new homeowners. They would really appreciate the thoughtful and useful gift.
