Sometimes taking the time (and gas) to drive the 45 minutes to our gym and back just isn’t going to fit into my daily schedule but I still want a good workout. That’s what prompted us to start our home gym in our basement. We originally bought used exercise equipment so we could see if the gym would be used by everyone in our family before we invested a lot of time and money into it. With two teenage girls in sports and my husband and I focusing on our mental and physical health, having a home gym was perfect because we are all on different schedules. I am new to the world of cycling. Before this, I had never been on an indoor studio cycle. I had no idea what to expect. My first workout was a thirty-minute ride. It was a bit of a challenge but doable. The next day, I felt my workout in places I wasn’t expecting. I wasn’t in pain, just could tell I had used muscles that I don’t typically use in my workouts. I felt great.

I am excited to continue using the Pro-R Magnetic Exercise Bike in my workout routine. I am glad we added it to our home gym.
