I have heard this but this juice sounds easier (and with healthier benefits) than drinking out of a jar of pickles! My mom gets horrible leg cramps in the evenings so this is a good idea for her!

I think it is interesting to think about drinking this before a workout to avoid possible cramping. Seems like a good idea.

We have a high school mountain bike team and I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome it is to always have Pickle Juice on hand. We make sure that our students take it well before their race to prevent the onset of muscle cramping. This is so wonderful to have in your arson along with your gu gel packets. Highly recommend.

love this! great for cramps
I am totally surprised by this. For most of my life I have kept pickles in my refrigerator. And if I get leg cramps in the middle of the night I go after the jar. Pour some in a little cup and drink it down.
Have to admit it would be easier to drink it out of a bottle. I like this ideal!!
