I think most of us have a scar or multiple scars that would like to diminish the look of or reduce the texture. I know I do. In 2022, I had a breast lift. I knew I would have scars from the procedure, but seeing them and feeling them was something I couldn’t prepare for. In talking with others, I have learned that my scars are minimal. Still, if I have the opportunity to reduce them, I am going to take it. That’s where ScarScience comes in!
ScarScience caters to a diverse range of scar types, offering solutions for all ages and skin tones. Their products effectively treat various scars, including old, new, keloid, hypertrophic, stretch marks, surgical, acne, or accident-related scars. No matter the scar type, ScarScience has a product designed to meet your specific needs.
ScarScience offers a range of premium silicone scar sheets and gel serums crafted in the United States using medical-grade silicone. These products are known for their scar-reducing properties and can proactively diminish the severity of fresh wounds. In addition to softening and minimizing scars, they relieve itching and discomfort while moisturizing the skin.
For my review, I had the opportunity to try ScarScience Silicone Sheets and ScarScience Scar Diminishing Serum.
ScarScience Silicone Sheets are the perfect solution for managing linear scars. These ultra-thin patches feature a breathable and flexible design with a clear polyurethane backing, making them virtually invisible on all skin tones. The Silicone Sheets are available in two convenient sizes – 3″ x 1.5″ inch and 7″ x 1.5″ inch (ideal for C-section scars.) These sheets provide effective scar management while seamlessly blending with your skin.
If you have sensitive skin, ScarScience Scar Diminishing Serum comes in two no-touch application formats: brush and massage roller. Both are housed in a clickable, pen-like tube that is portable and easy to use. This is an excellent option for children. The odorless gel dries in minutes to form a flexible, breathable, non-tacky, waterproof protective covering over the affected area.
Doctors have long recommended massage to break up collagen and thus soften tissue, improving the appearance of scars. The massage roller option combines this technique with clinically proven silicone technology to offer a unique two-pronged approach to scar reduction.
I have had my ScarScience products for a couple of weeks. My initial thoughts are that I appreciate the Silicone Sheets’ breathable and flexible design, which makes them virtually invisible on the skin. The Scar-Diminishing Serum, with its convenient application formats and odorless gel, has also been great. According to the ScarScience website, you could start to see and feel improvements within three to four weeks.
I look forward to seeing just how much my scars improve. I will come back and update this review.
Overall, ScarScience offers practical, high-quality solutions for scar reduction. I’m glad I found these products and would recommend them to anyone looking to diminish the visibility of scars.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I’ve always wanted to try something like this. I’ve had a lot of surgeries.

Having a flexible design makes a difference in the comfort and usefulness. Sounds like it does a good job softening the tissue to help minimize scar tissue.
This sounds like an amazing product! I have had three c-sections so I have a scar from that. Although it has faded, it would be nice to help minimize it even more. Thank you so much for sharing, I never would have known about it otherwise.
