Well, it officially feels like winter in Minnesota this week-when I woke up this morning it was 14 degrees outside-BRRRR! One of my least favorite parts of winter in Minnesota is being inside all the time; that means more germs and allergens build up in our house and we tend to experience more respiratory viruses. We generally keep the air purifier running at the second highest setting and it runs very quietly; just loud enough to provide some light ambient noise in the background. I would love to put one in our bedroom in addition to the living room because we like to have a light fan noise as we fall asleep. You can set a timer for the air purifier in 2, 4, 6, and 8 hour increments. I mentioned the filter replacement light earlier, but there is also an air quality indicator-I can tell that this purifier works well because when we cook bacon, it goes from green to yellow and increases the speed while it cleans up the air. After the pollutants have been taken care of, it goes right back to green.
